When BALBA NYC came to us, they had the ambition, the inventory, and the taste, but they were stepping into one of the toughest furniture markets in the world: New York City. The restored vintage space there is crowded with established names and loyal followings. To break through, they needed more than good design. They needed a brand that could command attention and a store that worked flawlessly.

We built a digital presence that matched the quality of their physical craft. The design was bold and confident, with high-contrast visuals, clean typography, and a shopping experience that felt deliberate and premium. It wasn’t made to blend in. It was made to make people stop scrolling and take notice. The identity positioned Balba as the new standard in modern vintage. We focused on every detail, from the structure of the product pages to the checkout experience, making sure it all communicated credibility and care. On the technical side, we implemented local delivery options for NYC, showroom integration, inventory systems for one-of-a-kind pieces, and payment flows built for high-value sales. Since going live, Balba has quickly earned attention and respect in a market that rarely gives newcomers a chance. Their brand stands out, their store converts, and they are building the kind of trust that most vintage dealers spend years chasing. For us, it confirmed that success in a saturated space isn’t about being louder. It’s about being sharper and more intentional.
